Dr. Joey Ruiz is a seasoned CEO, serial entrepreneur, and trusted leadership advisor, known for his commitment to transforming leadership performance and developing innovative talent acquisition solutions. With nearly two decades of experience, he has collaborated with visionary leaders across various sectors, including esteemed Fortune 500 companies, to cultivate high-performance cultures and prepare leaders for the future. His mission is to empower executives to enhance their leadership effectiveness and foster high-performing teams that operate with integrity, passion, and purpose—ultimately leaving a transformative impact on their organizations.
Joey's life and career journey is a testament to resilience and determination. Rising from the depths of hardship and poverty, he broke countless barriers to escape homelessness and graduate from high school. His unshakeable spirit led him to enlist in the U.S. Military and become the first college graduate in his family. After holding influential roles in multinational companies and launching successful business ventures in the human capital sector, Joey now dedicates his expertise to collaborating with growth-oriented organizations to recruit, develop, retain, and mobilize exceptional leadership talent, driving sustainable growth and profound impact.
Academically equipped for impactful leadership, Joey holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Change Management and Leadership from the University of Southern California, a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Gonzaga University, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hope International University. Additionally, he is certified in Executive and Professional Coaching, Psychometric Testing, and Human Resource Strategy from highly credible organizations. Outside his professional accomplishments, Joey values time spent with his wife and four children and engages in fitness training, reading, and community activities.
